Christmas order dates
To allow time to build, dispatch, and deliver your gift by Christmas, we recommend ordering by:
- Monday, November 23 for shipping within the United States
- Tuesday, December 1 for local delivery to eligible Charleston-area ZIP codes
The layered epoxy nameplate takes longer, so order it by Thursday, November 12 to ship or Friday, November 20 for local delivery. These dates are our best estimate, not a guarantee, and custom work needs more time. If your date is firm, ask us before you order.
Before you order a gift
- Give us your date. Each listing shows a build time when we have one, and shipping time is in addition to it. If you have a firm date, ask us before you order. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it, but we do not guarantee rush work.
- Check the spelling. You enter names and dates on the product page. Choose a digital proof there if you want to see the layout before we build.
- Know the return rule. Personalized pieces are final sale. Each product page says whether its standard design can be returned.
