Engraved Coffee Lover’s Wooden Coaster Set

Engraved Coffee Wooden Coaster Set

Coasters get used every day, which makes them one of the easiest ways to bring handmade work into a home. This set is built around coffee, with eight different sayings and small illustrations engraved into warm, golden wood. Each square coaster carries its own laser-engraved coffee saying, from “Life Begins With Coffee” to “Yes, More Coffee, Please.”

Features

• Set of eight square wooden coasters, each with a different coffee saying and design
• Laser engraved with crisp lettering and detailed coffee artwork
• Sealed to resist rings and spills
• Fully customizable: your own sayings, a family name, a date, or a logo

Make It Yours

Use the coffee theme as shown, or swap in your own sayings. Add a family name, a wedding date, initials, or a business or club logo (with permission for team logos). Send your text in the order notes and we will lay it out for you.

The Story Behind This Piece

This set was designed for a coffee lover’s kitchen, with a different saying on every coaster.

Care and Keeping

This piece has an oil and wax finish that lets the grain show and the wood feel like wood. Dust it with a soft, dry cloth, and wipe up spills soon after they happen. Keep it out of standing water, away from harsh cleaners, and out of long hours of direct sun, which can fade the color over time. When the surface looks dry or dull, rub a small amount of furniture oil or wax into the wood with a clean cloth, let it sit a few minutes, and buff off the extra. Once or twice a year is plenty for most pieces. Wipe the coasters with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Do not soak them or put them in the dishwasher.

Build Time, Shipping, and Delivery

Every set is made to order. After you check out, if you ask for one in your order notes we email a digital proof of the layout and lettering. We build and finish your set. Shipping time is in addition to the build time. If you have a firm date, such as a retirement, birthday, or holiday, tell us when you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it. We do not guarantee rush work.

Order the set as a gift and we can ship it directly to the recipient. We pack every set carefully for the trip. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and for orders of $75 or more within 25 miles of Charleston, West Virginia, free local delivery may be available. We are a private shop, so we do not offer pickup or workshop visits.

Good to Know

No two are alike. Wood grain, color, knots, and figure vary from board to board, so your set will not match these photos exactly. That variation is the mark of a handmade piece, not a defect. These photos show a set we made earlier; yours is built new, to your details.

Personalized sets are final sale, because they are built to your details; custom and personalized items cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the piece and packaging and we will make it right. West Virginia sales tax applies to orders delivered in West Virginia.
