Each board has a painted diamond outlining the scoring area, with a hole set in two of its corners.
Every set is custom. The boards in our photos were made for a fan in black and gold, with the side rails lettered “Brew Boards,” “Pittsburgh,” and the team name. We can match any team’s colors, a school, a wedding, or a backyard bar.

Materials and Construction
Each board is built on a solid wood frame for a smooth, consistent playing surface. The diamond and rails are painted, the lettering is added, and the boards are sealed. The legs are attached with hardware so they fold flat.

The Story Behind This Piece
The first set was built for a black-and-gold fan who wanted a tailgate game nobody else had. The second pair followed in navy and red.
Care and Keeping
This is an indoor piece. Dust it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from moisture, steam, and long hours of direct sunlight, which can fade paint and stain over time. Avoid household cleaners and sprays; a dry or barely damp cloth is all it needs.
Store the boards indoors or under cover when not in use, and wipe them dry if they get wet.
Build Time, Shipping, and Delivery
Every piece is made to order. If you would like a digital proof of the layout and lettering before we build, ask for one in your order notes. Shipping time is in addition to the build time.
If you have a firm date, such as a retirement, birthday, or holiday, tell us when you order. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it. We do not guarantee rush work.
We pack every piece carefully for the trip and ship anywhere in the U.S.; the shipping cost is shown at checkout. For orders of $75 or more within 25 miles of Charleston, West Virginia, free local delivery is available. We are a private shop, so we do not offer pickup or workshop visits.
Good to Know
- No two are alike: wood grain, color, knots, and figure vary from board to board, so your piece will not match these photos exactly. That variation is the mark of a handmade piece, not a defect.
- These photos show a piece we made earlier: yours is built new, to your details.
- Custom commissions are final sale: custom pieces cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will work out a fix with you.
- Sales tax: West Virginia sales tax applies to orders delivered in West Virginia.
