The tree of life is a timeless symbol of family: roots, branches, and new growth. This version brings it to life with color.
The white tree and its round frame are printed first, then each opening is filled by hand with tinted, translucent resin, blending from blue at the top through green, yellow, and orange to red at the roots. Set it in a sunny window and the light comes through the resin and the whole tree glows. On a shelf or wall the colors are softer but just as rich.
Each family member’s name sits on its own red heart in the branches, and titles such as Mom and Grandma go at the top. Every piece is made to order and built to your details.

Materials and construction
The tree, frame, and name hearts are 3D printed, and the openings are filled by hand with tinted, translucent resin, mixed in small batches and blended section by section from top to bottom. Because the resin is mixed and poured by hand, colors will vary from piece to piece.
Build time, shipping, and delivery
Every piece is made to order. For the family tree suncatcher, plan on 7 to 14 days for us to build and finish your piece. Shipping time is in addition to the build time, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. If you have a firm date, tell us when you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it. For orders of $75 or more within 25 miles of Charleston, West Virginia, free local delivery may be available. We are a private shop, so we do not offer pickup or workshop visits.
Making it yours
At checkout you tell us the names, any titles, dates, and the colors you like. A digital proof of the layout and lettering is sent when you ask for one in your order notes. Because each piece is built to your details, personalized pieces cannot be returned; if anything arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the piece and packaging and we will make it right.
Good to know
Because resin is mixed and poured by hand, a piece can show tiny bubbles, slight color shifts between layers, and gentle variation in the surface. Printed parts can show fine layer lines up close, and that is part of how the piece is made. These photos show a piece we made earlier; yours is built new to your details. West Virginia sales tax applies to orders delivered in West Virginia.
