Location and Visits
I work from a private shop in Charleston, West Virginia. I do not publish a street address, offer customer pickup, or schedule workshop visits. Delivery or shipping is arranged as part of an accepted order.
Every message that comes through this contact page reaches me directly. There is no sales team or call center in between. I have run this shop personally for five years, and I read and answer every inquiry myself.
